When he took the property over the winery was still in very rudimentary stages. He has invested in new vats, barrels, a new press, not forgetting much of the general upkeep.

Traditional Entre-Deux-Mers viticultural and wine making methods are used. The wine expresses its full character thanks to the painstaking care taken at all stages (ageing in both new oak barrels and vats).
