Interesting! My boyfriend fancies himself as something of a wine buff, so I'll have to show him your site. He also swears that you can drink dessert wine chilled. Is this right??
Hi Claire... tell your wine buff boyfriend that almost all dessert wines should be drunk chilled. That's chilled as opposed to ice cold as too cold can actually reduce the aroma and flavour.
