- All products on this web site are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Andrew Chapman Fine Wines until payment is received in full.
We are a UK company and any dispute or claims that arise from using this Web site must be made and settled under UK law.
In the unlikely event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will try to contact you to arrange a
replacement.
Substitutions
If we can not contact you in time to meet your delivery goal, we reserve the right to effect suitable replacements
anyway. This is particularly pertinent for those customers ordering from overseas addresses where there may be a
time-difference. If your preferred delivery date is looming and we need to deliver to meet that delivery date it
may not always be possible to discuss replacements with you prior to despatch.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this web site is accurate and current, however Andrew Chapman Fine Wines (www.surf4wine.co.uk) provides this web site and its contents on an "as is"
basis and we make no (and expressly disclaim all) representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this web site and its contents. Andrew Chapman Fine Wines (www.surf4wine.co.uk) also reserves
the right to change price and availability information without notice. That is, sometimes we make mistakes.
- You must be 18 years or older
If you are under 18 years of age at the time you place an order for beer, wines or spirits with us we will not and cannot legally honour your order.
Accordingly we also cannot leave deliveries to the address you designate if the person accepting the delivery appears to be under 18 years of age.

We are happy to accept most major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard, as well as Delta, Maestro (Switch), American Express and Electron.
We do not accept Diners Club. Credit cards are always debited in UK pounds Sterling.
Prices listed are per bottle unless otherwise stated. They are subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in duty and VAT as well as stock remaining unsold. Our price list is in UK pounds
Sterling.

How long will the delivery take?
We will normally make the majority of all UK mainland deliveries within 48 hours, excluding week-ends
and bank holidays (details). Northern Ireland, and the Highlands and Islands
of Scotland may take longer.
However, some wines are stored in-bond and therefore may take a little longer to despatch; all should be
delivered within 7 to 10 day days. The final exception is wines bought as futures, en primeur or
bought in advance of their arrival in UK - usually limited release wines where availability is limited.
All such exceptions to our normal delivery times are indicated.
Specific Day Delivery Requests
For delivery on a specific day - please specify "comments" box on the order page.
Should you require delivery after a particular date, please specify in the "comments" box on the order page.
Deliveries to work addresses
We can deliver to work addresses.
Free Oxfordshire Deliveries
Delivery is free for Oxfordshire UK delivery addresses in the following postcode areas -
OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4, OX11, OX12, OX13 and OX14.
Free deliveries are made on Tuesday and Thursday. Minimum order applies (12 x 75cl, or equivalent).
Delivery to non-Oxfordshire addresses is at £7.50 for the first case and £5.50 for each subsequent case.
Northern Ireland and other non UK mainland addresses
Please note delivery to Northern Ireland and other non-mainland UK addresses
involves a supplement charged by our carrier - we will notify this at the time of confirming your order.
For the purposes of delivery the Channel Islands are considered International, and therefore not covered
by our standard delivery rates. Please check with us before ordering.
Overseas Deliveries
Overseas deliveries are quoted separately - please contact us to obtain a separate quotation.
Deliveries Must Be Signed For
Orders will not be left unless the carrier can obtain a signature or we have specific instructions of where the
consignment can be left (please use the "comments" box).
If the delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged.
UK National Holidays
We do not normally deliver on weekends or UK National holidays, except by special arrangement. There may be a charge for this service, agreed in advance - please contact us on the telephone number above
if you wish to discuss week-end deliveries.
- Customer Support
Our customer support telephone number is: +44 (0)1235 821539. Calls are charged at normal BT rates.
This service is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, and Saturdays 10.30am - 1pm (All times GMT). Out of these hours there is an answer machine - even out of hours we regularly check for messages
and will come back to you as soon as possible to answer your query. Please do not hesitate to telephone us during these hours if you wish to discuss any part of your order, either before placing it,
whilke awaiting delivery or once it has arrived.
Out of hours there is an answering machine.
- Quality Guarantees
All our wines are kept in the finest condition by storage in our temperature controlled warehouse. We stand behind the exceptional quality of our wines and will gladly refund when they do not meet
expectation. Older bottles may well have some ullage and these have been priced accordingly.
- Returns
On the rare occasions a wine is corked or faulty we will gladly offer a replacement or credit on the return of the bottle in question.
Where a wine is not to your personal taste one of our experienced advisers will be happy to offer an alternative choice to replace any wines returned.

Wines can also be returned to us in person at our Oxfordshire address (see below). Either call the number above to arrange a convenient time, or why not call in on a Saturday morning between 10.30am -
1pm, when we are open for tasting and wine sales.
For those living further a field we are still happy to accept returns when agreed before hand. However, return carriage fees are the responsibility of the person sending the wines back.
Breakages/short deliveries
Please inform the carriers of any breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. Claims for these are required by post, fax or e-mail within three working days of delivery.

We do not offer account facilities, unless previously agreed in writing.
